CONFERENCE BOOKING COSTS AND PAYMENT METHODS

A ‘2 for 1′ offer and ‘Early Bird’ & ‘Multiple’ booking discounts are available for each Conference and a special larger discount is available for those booking to attend two Conferences over 2 days.

To book your place(s) please click on the relevant link below, depending on your preferred method of payment. You can pay for as many places (in whatever combination) you like in one transaction and you can use the Conference booking form to book either or both Conferences and places for up to 4 delegates at the same time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

‘2 FOR 1′ OFFER – BOOK NOW TO SAVE UP TO £195 PER PERSON on the standard price per person (subject to availability).

The price per delegate per day (per Conference) includes:

  • Access to the Conference and to the Exhibitors,
  • All refreshments and lunch,
  • Conference notes and materials,
  • Speaker notes and videos,
  • Post-Conference insights, news, information and more.

You are welcome to book for one or two days – there is an extra discount for those booking for two days of Conference, attending both the ‘Being Found Online’ Conference and the ‘Digital Advertising’ Conference.

  • ‘STANDARD DELEGATE PRICE’ PER PERSON FOR ONE DAY: £245 + Vat.
    Total standard price per delegate: £245 + £49 = £294 inc Vat. (This price will apply when the ‘Early Bird’ price is withdrawn.)
  • ‘BOOK 1 PLACE, GET 1 PLACE FREE’ – LIMITED AVAILABILITY – BOOK 1 PERSON AT THE EARLY BIRD RATE OF £195 + £39 Vat EACH, GET 1 EXTRA PLACE FREE = £234 inc Vat (Total For 2 x 1-Day Places). (This special subsidy is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Bookings must be in multiples of two. You are welcome to book as many places as you wish but all those attending must be from the same institution/organisation.   • ‘MULTIPLE BOOKING’ PRICE PER PERSON FOR ONE DAY (for 2 or more delegates from the same institution or organisation): £195 + Vat.
    Total ‘Multiple Booking’ price per delegate: £195 + £39 = £234 inc Vat. (This price is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.)

These prices are for day delegate rates only (see above) to attend both Conferences.     Total ‘Multiple Booking’ price per delegate: £350 + £70 = £420 inc Vat. (This price is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.)

> ABOUT PRICING

  • Currency Conversion: Prices are given in GB Sterling. To calculate the equivalent price in an alternative currency we suggest you use an online currency conversion website such as: www.xe.com/currencyconverter
  • Who May Attend: Digital marketing conferences of this kind often cost as much as £450 or more per person per day for other commercial sectors. However we have been determined to keep the cost of these events as low as possible for the Education sector. For this reason only those working at Nurseries/Kindergartens, Schools, Colleges and Learning/Training organisations and guests of OMTAC Ltd may attend. We reserve the right to refuse bookings/admission.

> PAYMENT METHODS

You are welcome to pay by your preferred payment method:

  • Credit or Debit card – we are able to accept payments by Credit or Debit card. You do not have to be a member of, or join, PayPal to pay by Credit/Debit card; also, the booking charge will appear on your statement in the name of ‘OMTAC Ltd’. (Please note: there is an additional charge of 4% for this method of payment to cover the PayPal Merchant Services charge we incur in processing your payment.)   • Cheque – we prefer payment by Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card or PayPal as Cheques are being phased out, however we appreciate some institutions still pay by this method.To book your place(s) and request instructions on making payment please click here.

>  BOOKING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?

If booking from outside the UK please note:

  • Payment by International Wire/Bank Transfer – please pay any bank/wire charges associated with your transfer and ensure the full amount due for your booking is received by our bank in GB Sterling.
  • Payment by Credit or Debit card – the payment will be charged to your card in GB Sterling. The amount charged to you in your local currency is outside our control and will depend on the currency exchange rate charged by your card provider. Please note: The booking charge will appear on your statement in the name of ‘OMTAC Ltd’.
