Paying by Credit/Debit card or PayPal should only take a few minutes to complete – please simply follow the instructions below.

PAYMENT STEPS:

STEP 1: Please scroll down this page and click on the “Add to Cart” button in the table below for the ‘item(s)’ you wish to book. This will open a secure PayPal webpage in a new browser window showing the status of your “Shopping Basket”. The Bronze exhibition package is mandatory for all (and must be booked by those wishing to purchase the Silver or Gold sponsorship packages for one or both conferences).

STEP 2: You can adjust the quantities and pay for different packages… simply click “Add to Cart” for the first ‘item’… this will open the Shopping Cart in a new window… then adjust the quantity… or to book other ‘items’ return to this page and click “Add to Cart” for the relevant ‘item(s)’ and again change the quantity.

STEP 3: Then, provided you are happy that the Shopping Basket is showing exactly what you want to book and the correct amount due, please click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

STEP 4: This will take you to the “Checkout” page.

STEP 5: Having made your payment, click here to open the Exhibition and Sponsorship booking form to submit details and contact information.

In most instances you do not have to open a PayPal account to make your payment (but if you do have one you can use it if you wish) – just follow the instructions by clicking on the link where it says “Don’t have a PayPal account”.
