CLICK-RECRUIT-ENROL (CRE) is organising a series of specialist conferences and seminars to help meet the growing need for inexpensive, high quality insight, best practice and benchmarking in digital marketing, communications and admissions for the education sector in the UK & Europe.

We are seeking a small number of suppliers to the Education marketing sector to sponsor our conferences in December 2013 in London.

Click-Recruit-Enrol (CRE) views suppliers as essential partners in its efforts to develop inexpensive digital pupil/student recruitment and admissions training and learning opportunities for the education sector.

CRE will work closely with participating suppliers to ensure a good return on their investment as exhibitors and sponsors of CRE events.

It is anticipated that a majority of the delegates attending these conferences will be key decision makers with access to significant marketing and admissions budgets, estimated in excess of £10 million per conference (and potentially exceeding £50 million depending on delegate numbers etc).

CRE is pleased to offer various exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to suppliers by invitation. A range of exhibition and sponsorship packages are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and will only be confirmed on receipt of the relevant deposit. Where possible exhibitors will be offered a choice over the location of their exhibition space, with priority given to the first confirmed exhibitors.

These packages have been designed to maximise the opportunity for suppliers to market their services positively, credibly and cost-effectively.

> SILVER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES [Status: Currently available for both conferences.]

We have just four Silver sponsorship packages available for each conference – four for ‘Being Found Online‘ on 17 December 2013 and four for ‘Digital Advertising‘ on 18 December 2013.

The Silver sponsorship package includes all the following benefits:

  • Exclusivity amongst sponsors for your service/product area, as a supplier of marketing services to Education marketeers.

The Silver sponsorship package for each conference, ‘Being Found Online‘ and ‘Digital Advertising‘, will be available at a special price of £1500 + £300 Vat (GB Sterling) to all first time exhibitors for both conferences. (This represents a very considerable reduction and saving on the standard price of £3900+Vat.)

Silver sponsorship will therefore cost just £1800 inc Vat (GB Sterling) in total for both conferences.

A first payment of 50% of the total fee (£900 inc Vat) is required on booking, with the remainder due by Monday 25 November 2013.

Participation is subject to availability and will only be confirmed on receipt of the first payment.

> GOLD SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES [Status: Currently available for both conferences.]

We have just one Gold sponsorship package available for each conference – one for ‘Being Found Online‘ on 17 December 2013 and one for ‘Digital Advertising‘ on 18 December 2013.

The Gold sponsorship package includes all the benefits of the Silver exhibition package plus:

  • Recognition as the buffet lunch sponsor for the conference – with the exclusive option to provide marketing material for distribution around the tables for lunch and refreshment breaks (subject to size requirements and submission deadlines).
  • Guaranteed 5 minute speaking slot – an extended speaking slot (from 2 minutes to 5 minutes) will be given to the Gold sponsor to introduce their products/services to the delegates during the conference.

  • Display banner advertisement on the Click-Recruit-Enrol website before, during and (for a period of 14 days) after the conference.
  • Email sponsorship – recognition as the Gold sponsor in all conference-related emails and information emailed once to all registered delegates before and after the conference.
  • Social Media promotion – the Gold sponsor will receive a minimum of three mentions (with links) via Facebook and Twitter before, during and after the conference.

The Gold sponsorship package for each conference, ‘Being Found Online‘ and ‘Digital Advertising‘, will be available at a special price of £2750 + £550 Vat (GB Sterling) to all first time exhibitors for both conferences. (This represents a considerable reduction and saving on the standard price of £7000+Vat.)

Gold sponsorship will therefore cost just £3300 inc Vat (GB Sterling) in total for both conferences.

A first payment of 50% of the total fee (£1650 inc Vat) is required on booking, with the remainder due by Monday 25 November 2013.

Participation is subject to availability and will only be confirmed on receipt of the first payment.

> HOW TO BOOK

Please Note: We currently have Silver and Gold packages available for booking for both conferences.

To book please contact us by email or telephone confirming your interest and we will reply to finalise your booking, providing an invoice, payment information etc (you will be able to pay by BACS, Credit/debit card or PayPal).

> TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following standard Exhibition & Sponsorship Booking Terms & Conditions will apply to those booking the Silver and Gold packages:

  • Exhibition & Sponsorship packages are offered by Click-Recruit-Enrol (CRE), a trading name for OMTAC Ltd.
  • CRE_Digital_Education_Marketing_London_Apple_Store_Regents_Street_Window_IMG_6392_300_200Bookings for Silver and Gold sponsorship packages are non-transferable and limited to the products and/or services provided by the agency, company or organisation making the booking. No other (third party) suppliers, services or products may be represented by the booking agency, company or organisation. Any attempt to represent another supplier, services or products will result in cancellation of the booking without refund and the cancellation and withdrawal of all promotional activity.
  • All bookings for Silver and Gold packages are non-refundable, in the event of cancellation of an exhibition or sponsorship booking by the exhibitor/sponsor no compensation will be given and all promotional activity will be cancelled and withdrawn.
  • Failure to pay monies owing and to complete the booking process by making full payment on or before Monday 25 November 2013 will result in the cancellation of the booking and the cancellation and withdrawal of all promotional activity, without refund or compensation.
  • OMTAC Ltd will not accept responsibility for failure by exhibitors and sponsors to submit required information and materials to deadline or for non-attendance by any exhibitor or sponsor unable to attend for any reason, for example due to adverse weather conditions, transport problems, ill-health or incapacity.
  • In the event that OMTAC Ltd is unable to run an event for any reason and the event is cancelled on or before any marketing materials have been posted, all exhibitors and sponsors will receive a full refund of any monies paid to OMTAC Ltd. In the event the cancellation takes place after one or more mailings of marketing material a full refund will be given less a fee of £450+Vat to cover promotional services provided prior to the cancellation of the event. However OMTAC Ltd will not be liable for any associated costs incurred if an event is cancelled, such as travel or accommodation costs.
  • OMTAC Header Image At 300OMTAC Ltd reverses the right to change the venue for any event should this prove necessary for reasons outside its control. If this is necessary OMTAC Ltd will endeavour to find an alternative venue as close to the original venue’s location as possible.
  • All Credit/Debit card payments are processed using OMTAC Ltd’s Merchant Services Provider PayPal. Charges will appear on the Credit/Debit card statement in the name of OMTAC Ltd. (OMTAC Ltd does not store Credit/Debit card details once a payment has been confirmed, nor does OMTAC Ltd share delegate details with any 3rd parties without permission.)
  • OMTAC Ltd reserves the right to makes changes to any aspect of the Silver and Gold packages and/or to the event programme (including changes to the proposed presentations, speakers and schedule), location or other aspects of the planning and organisation of an event(s) and exhibition and sponsorship packages.
  • OMTAC Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any services or right of participation from an exhibitor or sponsor when that exhibitor or sponsor is considered to have behaved inappropriately to the detriment of other parties or to have misrepresented themselves or other parties or to have endangered the good standing and reputation of other parties (where “other parties” means exhibitors and sponsors, Click-Recruit-Enrol (CRE) and/or OMTAC Ltd).

Matthew has been involved in Education Marketing, PR & Admissions for over 20 years and Alumni Relations for over 25 years, having participated in and led School and University alumni committees etc, and more generally with the Education sector while working at the University of Surrey (UK) as Student Enterprise Manager and at Worth School (UK) as Director of Marketing & Careers.

Matthew’s first official web venture was the development of a new website for Worth School in 1998. Since then he has taken responsibility for developing and implementing digital marketing and communications in different business sectors for commercial return, from recruitment, retail and travel to FMCG and sports products.

For the last 10 years Matthew has been variously involved in offering training and solutions in the area of digital alumni relations and education marketing/student recruitment, giving talks and presentations for organisations and associations such as the GSA, AMDIS, IDPE etc.
