David Paice, Merlin Entertainments


David Paice has worked in digital marketing and eCommerce for over 12 years. Starting initially at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines then moving to a digital agency for two years before returning to the client side as marketing manager for Cathay Pacific, and then to the position of eCommerce director for Merlin Entertainments, a post he has held for the last three years.

His current role encompasses broad responsibility for the ecommerce channel, ensuring that the necessary processes and technology are in place to support growth in all key areas of acquisition, conversion and retention, as well as championing best practise conversion through the design and development of the brands’ websites.

Merlin Entertainments is the world’s second largest visitor attraction operator with 94 different attractions situated in 21 countries. Her brands include LEGOLAND, London Eye, Madame Tussauds, Thorpe Park and many more household names.
